Pho King Good in Auburn

Name says it all! Great food and great service! I take my employees here all the time and it’s always a great experience. They only accept cash, luckily they have an ATM inside the restaurant.

The chicken was great - tender. Highly recommended. The Bun Bo Hue was good too, though tasted less flavour intensive than others I've had in Sacramento region

Okay this is a review which invites puns...but this place really is pho king good! Superb little find as we drove back from Tahoe. The eponymous pho was DELICIOUS (and particularly healing after too many beers the night before!), everything else we tried (pancakes, summer rolls) lovely and service brilliant. Just a word of warning: the "small" pho is a normal portion...large a yeti's serving! Still delicious though...

I know this is a super popular place to eat. I just didn't care for the soup. I have only been once. I would actually go again and just order something different.

Was amazing! Had the seafood pho and the small bowl was the perfect size. The large bowl is ginormous. Also had the shrimp spring rolls and the peanut dipping sauce was warm and had an amazing flavor. I will definitely be going back!

First time here. Order Thai tea and wonton soup. Awesome. Wish I lived in the area

Love this place! So affordable and great. Everything is so authentic and fresh. I always get the spring rolls and vermicelli noodles with chicken..awesome.. Not thrilled about the cash only thing, but I'll get over it.

Amazing service and excellent food! The pho is a must try! The servers take your order without writing anything down. Their cucumber water is so refreshing and compliments your food.

I was recommended to this restaurant It's a lot of food it was inexpensive. The pho is awesome. It was only $43. And it fed 3 people. With a little left over

The service was interesting, the female server didn't seem like she wanted us at the restaurant and was a bit moody, but the gentleman was very pleasant. Im giving a 4 star because the rare pho was really good.

It was really good pho. Staff was super nice, too. Not a big fan of the meatballs in the pho, though.

I tried this place in the past with a friend and I am hooked ever since. I loved the awesome vibes and delicious dishes and drinks. Keep up the good work.

I frequent this excellent place every couple of days because I love the special air that is exist in this place. The team is very friendly and skilfull. The service is extremely rapid. Most important, the food you eat is magnificent. I came often and I was always pleased. The rate is modest. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

This place is awesome! Order the crepes, chicken pho is my fav, and I love the vermicelli noodle bowls... honestly it’s all fantastic. I’ve had Pho from SF to SoCal and back and this place is my favorite hands down.

Delicious food and pleasant service every single visit

Come hungry. The large pho is like a swimming pool of silly deliciousness. Also recommend the pork spring rolls, which are large and in charge with generous peanut dipping sauce. Super friendly service and good prices. You can even pick up a tshirt or apron sporting what is quite possibly the best restaurant name in the country.

Quiet little place in North Auburn. I stop here on my way back from Lake Tahoe generally in winter to warm me up after a day on the slopes. Good anytime really. It’s not the most convenient to get to if you are driving through on 80 but it’s good enough to make the detour. Classic pho Ga - broth isn’t too salty but not flavorless. Shredded chicken is great. Two sizes for their pho. Reasonably priced. Good service - a little slow but I’m used to the city so I should probably learn to eat slower anyways.

I love this pho place. Everything on the menu is excellent. I love coming here for the chicken pho when I'm feeling under weather. The service is very prompt and all the staff are lovely and helpful. It is a cash only place but they do have an atm on the property so if you forget cash it's no big deal. Everything on the menu is under $15 and it's a great place to go to with family or friends.

Great flavors from the cucumber-infused water to the complimentary after-dinner guava candy drop and everything in between. Excellent soup. Nothing but fresh ingredients. Just don't say the restaurant name out loud in genteel company. Also, this is a cash-only business. They do have an ATM inside.

As always, there food is excellent. Love their Chicken Pho, Banh Mi Fries, Spring Rolls and Vietnamese Style Fried Rice. A great culinary place in the area.

Warning:The cash only, they do have an ATM s but it charges 3 bucks so come prepared. About 20 a person should cover it unless you like to a bunch of appetizers. Food is amazing, wait staff friendly and responsive, and the space clean. If you want super sized portions and Americanized Oriental food it might not be for you. But if authentic Pho is something you enjoy I highly recommend this little out of the way place. Portions are generous, expertly prepared with high quality ingredients. The wait staff was incredibly responsive. My two old granddaughter fell and bumped her head so we were high maintenance upon walking in the door. Staff didn't skip a beat, provided I've for her bump and brought us out rice quite quickly to assist us in getting her comfortable. I have to admit, all while laboring under a bit of a language barrier. But the kindness and attentiveness of the staff was beyond the call of duty. We will genuinely make Pho King Good Noodles a regular stop when in Auburn.

Great food! Only my second opportunity to taste Vietnamese food, but after having lunch here, I can't wait until my next meal. We both had the Pho & spring rolls. I would definitely recommend both. Quiet unassuming place with a lot of customers. Everyone seemed quit happy with their plate.

Easy to access with ample parking. A nice herbal flavor to the pho broth. Fast and friendly service and not bad pricing. Will be back.
